CBBN Introduction Program

Preseason: 1 drive water ramps
1 training sessions on trampolines (*)
Duration and Day: 17 days on snow (12 Saturdays of training, including 3 friendly events + 1-3 days of Christmas camp)

Runners: U8 and U10
Age: 6 to 9 years
Christmas Camp: Applicable (1 day)

Note: For all Acrobatz, Regular and Elite Programs, when athletes in these groups will be participating in Acrobatz or
Regional, Provincial, Canadian competitions, all registration fees are at the expense of each registered athlete.
