Program for a full season of training and REGIONAL competitions (10 years and more)

Preseason: 1 training water ramps
1 training session on trampolines (*)
Duration: 38 days on snow
Day: Saturday and Sunday + Christmas camp

Runners: U12, U14, U16 and U18-U21
Age: 10 years and older
Christmas Camp: Included (3-4 days)

Note: For all Acrobatz, Regular and Elite Programs, when athletes from these groups will be participating in Acrobatz or
Regional, Provincial, Canadian competitions, all registration fees are at the expense of each registered athlete.
