RULES
1. GENERAL
1.1 Pets are welcome at the resort, but must remain on a leash at all times. Please note that access to the mountain bike trail is strictly forbidden. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of it in a manner respectful of nature and other users.
1.2 An annual pass or day ticket is required to access the mountain bike trails at MTB Belle Neige. For your protection, our teams patrol the entire network on a daily basis.
1.3 We ask you to respect nature. No garbage and/or food must be left behind. Use the garbage cans provided for this purpose. Don't forget to put your food away so as not to attract wild animals.
1.4 The MTB Belle Neige mountain bike code of conduct must be respected at all times.
1.5 Hunting is prohibited. Do not feed or frighten animals.
1.6 ATVs and motorcycles are not permitted at the resort.
1.7 Respect for Belle Neige staff members is mandatory at all times.
1.8 No violence or aggressive behavior will be tolerated.
1.9 Failure to comply with a rule will result in a warning or even immediate expulsion from the site, with no possibility of reimbursement.
1.10 Belle Neige reserves the right to expel without compensation any customer who refuses to abide by the resort's rules and regulations.
2. OVERNIGHT PARKING
2.1 Booking your stay is essential.
2.2 At the time of booking, the customer must pay the total cost of the stay.
2.3 You must register your arrival on the site. Anyone using this service must obtain a sticker for their vehicle, which must be visible at all times. To obtain this sticker and proceed with your check-in, you must go either to the Belle Neige boutique between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. or to the gatehouse between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. Any vehicle not displaying a sticker risks being towed (call 819-322-3311 for more information).
2.4 It is forbidden to cut trees, collect wood in the forest or build fires, except in designated areas.
2.5 All notices issued by SOPFEU must be respected at all times.
2.6 The fire ring must be used with care, avoiding overloading. Remain vigilant at all times.
2.7 The main chalet is accessible during the opening hours of the mountain bike / drive-in.
2.8 A curfew is in effect between 11pm and 8am. No vehicular traffic is permitted after 11 p.m.
2.9 Departure must be before 10 a.m.
2.10 Customers are responsible for the cleanliness of their campsite and for leaving it in good condition at the time of departure.
2.11 Access to Green Valley Lake and the dam for swimming purposes is strictly forbidden.
2.12 Belle Neige reserves the right to expel without compensation customers who refuse to abide by the rules.
2.13 Each customer acknowledges having read the rules and agrees to abide by them.
